Robinhood Markets Inc., Menlo Park, $363 million: DST Group led the Series D round for this developer of a no-fee investment app.

It was joined by Sequoia Capital, Kleiner Perkins, CapitalG and earlier investors, including New Enterprise Associates and Thrive Capital.

Akili Interactive Labs Inc., Boston and Larkspur, California, $55 million: Temasek led the Series C round of this prescription digital medicine company.

NomNomNow Inc., San Francisco, $13 million: Investors in this provider of custom-portioned meals for dogs include Bullish, CircleUp, e.ventures, Tandem Capital and Greycroft.

Moloco Inc., Palo Alto, $11 million: Samsung Ventures and Draper Athena led the Series B round for this mobile performance advertising startup.

OpenSea Inc., San Francisco, $2 million: This is one of the startups that pitched at the most recent Y Combinator Demo Days.
